BeWell’s Apple Cider Vinegar is made with 100% natural and locally grown apples. A superior alternative to synthetic vinegars that is pasturized. Our vinegar contains the “Mother”—a combination of enzymes, proteins, Antioxidants and good probiotic bacteria. This Mother enzyme is the most nutritious part of Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV) that is beneficial for digestion. It’s a slightly pulpy, dark, cloudy substance that forms from naturally-occurring pectin and apple residues during the fermentation process. This deteriorates the vitamins, minerals, and probiotic content of the product.
