Who handles the Delivery Methods?

Most of our products are shipped directly through our own in-house logistics/delivery team. 

Do You Ship Internationally?

Not through this website. For Export related inquiries you will have to contact us directly.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Your product/package will reach you within a maximum of 2 working days via normal delivery. If you opt for same day delivery during your checkout process, we will reach it to you on the same day, Exceptions to few Baked items- for which, we will deliver it the very next day for customers who has opted for “Same Day Delivery”. 

Why is there no COD Method?

We entertain this method only for Registered customers with prior order history.

Is buying from BeWell Store On-Line Safe?

We’re not going to sell, give away or otherwise abuse your email address or any other information that you give us. We respect your privacy as much as we do about ours. No credit card information is saved with your account. That means you have to enter it with every transaction, but it is more secure. In fact, we have no access to any of your payment information at any time during your transaction.

How do I place an Order?

Once your order is submitted for any of our products, you’ll be directed to a checkout page. If you’ve reached this page, the next step will be processed by the Payment Gateway of your respective Bank for reviewing your payment information or your orders will be processed based on the outcome. You’ll also receive an email  and SMS confirming that we have received your order. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an shipment confirmation.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Should you experience any challenges with your purchase, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order by contacting us, or by leaving a Facebook Message and we will be glad to help. Certain merchandise, such as perishable items, cosmetics or sanitary goods, personal care items, digital downloads, gift cards or final sale items are not eligible for return.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, You can place an order even as a guest user. However, We suggest you to do the Account registration to help us personalise the products and services. Also it will help you be informed about our deeply discounted prices that may not be publicly visible. We realise that this is different than traditional online stores but we promise that our savings will more than make up for the inconvenience!

I forgot my Password, How Do I access my Account?

Don’t worry! Please visit the Forgot Password page and enter the email address you used to create your account. We will email you a link to reset your password.
